First public release.

lines list and lines show show each line's name and location from .orchestrator/lines/.
--json output is always valid JSON, including when there's nothing to show.
Event times in workpieces list, show and watch are in your local time zone, named in the header.
config show never prints any part of an API key or secret.
--version shows fob-worker's own version; unknown commands exit with an error.
import '@finopsbricks/fob-worker' works.
Hints name current commands (fob-worker …, fob-orc …).

Split from the earlier fob CLI. Commands that talk to the Orchestrator (stations, lines, work records, tags) moved to fob-orc; fob-worker keeps the local ones.
The pm2 commands are procs (was workers).
